Salento farms with modern comforts

Masserie Persichella is a beautiful farmhouse structure, made up of four villas built according to the lines and traditions typical of the fortified Salento farms; they are set in a private park which is about 1.5 km from the splendid sea of Sant’Andrea and Torre dell’Orso.

The property, of over 24,000 m2, is completely enclosed with a high “dry” stone wall characteristic of the Salento tradition and is divided as follows: a large central garden overlooked by the homes, an important entrance with an illuminated avenue that leads to the heart of the property, a second entrance directly onto the large parking area, a citrus garden, an olive grove, an orchard and a vegetable garden.

The finishes of the houses, built entirely in stone, are very refined and, while maintaining the typical construction and ornamental characteristics of Salento intact, they offer guests all the comforts of a prestigious solution; all villas are in fact equipped with air conditioning, LCD televisions with digital terrestrial, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hairdryer.

Each house also has a large private outdoor patio of approximately 160 m2, also surrounded by a high wall and closed with iron gates, used as a dining area with barbecue, conversation area and solarium area with sun loungers.

The villas that are part of the structure are different and are divided into two three-room villas (6 + 2 beds) and two two-room villas (2 + 2 beds).
